What you see in the picture is not a simple decorative composition. In the Lock-eat food jar, in fact, are arranged the flowers and herbs used to prepare an excellent herbal tea, to be consumed hot or cold according to taste: a solution to hydrate properly in these still hot days!
200 ml water
1 sprig of rosemary
a few sage leaves
30 g chamomile flowers
a bay leaf
20 g mint
Thoroughly wash the rosemary, sage, mint and bay leaves and the chamomile flowers.
Bring the water to the boil and immerse all the herbs in it.
Leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
Strain through a sieve before drinking.
If you prefer it cold, store the herbal tea in the Lock-eat food jar in the refrigerator before drinking.
