The change of season is approaching: time for a detox!

The arrival of the first fine days makes you want to regain fitness and energy: and with this centrifuge you can really recharge your batteries, because it combines ingredients with valuable properties. The kiwi and lemon are rich in vitamin C; the green apple, with its pleasant tart taste, is a source of minerals and fibre, while the ginger is tonic and stimulating. The centrifuge is presented in a fresh and pleasant way in the Lock-eat food jars, which are also practical for storage.

Ingredients for 4 persons

- 8 green apples
- 4 ripe kiwis
- 30 grams ginger
- 1 lemon
- 1 ginger root



Wash the apples thoroughly and core them; peel the kiwis and the piece of ginger root.

Pour the three ingredients into the centrifuge and blend them until the centrifuge reaches the consistency you prefer.

Now squeeze the lemon, filter the juice and add it to the centrifuge, stirring gently.

The centrifuge is now ready to be poured into the Lock-Eat food jar. If you like, you can add a few ice cubes to make the drink even cooler and more refreshing.
